Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in EdTech sales and gain experience in working directly with schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential schools and institutions for Robotics & AI lab setup
• Pitch our products and services through calls, emails, and meetings
• Schedule and conduct demos or presentations for schools
• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
• Build long-term relationships with school decision-makers
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and proposal preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: BBA, B.Tech, or related)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for education and technology
• Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools)

Compensation:

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Fixed) + Incentives + Performance Bonus
