Job Summary: We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager with expertise in the education domain , particularly in engaging with school principals, directors, and owners for educational products and services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B education sales , the ability to build long-term partnerships with schools, and experience in leading a sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, trustees, directors). Lead and guide a team of sales executives, ensuring achievement of individual and team KPIs. Conduct school visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion. Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and project execution. Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships with schools. Requirements: 1+ years of proven experience in education sales / EdTech/school partnerships . Strong network and contacts in the school ecosystem (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State board schools). Demonstrated experience in handling sales teams . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
