Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager with expertise in the education domain, particularly in engaging with school principals, directors, and owners for educational products and services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B education sales, the ability to build long-term partnerships with schools, and experience in leading a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, trustees, directors).
• Lead and guide a team of sales executives, ensuring achievement of individual and team KPIs.
• Conduct school visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and project execution.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships with schools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in education sales / EdTech / school partnerships.
• Strong network and contacts in the school ecosystem (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State board schools).
• Demonstrated experience in handling sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in lab setup, curriculum services, teacher training, or EdTech solutions.
• Strong understanding of school budgeting processes and education policies (CBSE, NEP, ATL, etc.).

Pay: ₹19,549.90 - ₹68,938.53 per month
