We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role requires a strong understanding of medical devices and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients, including doctors, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and sales forecasts.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.

Key Requirements

• Age: Up to 45 years.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry.
• Required Qualification: A degree in Medical Equipment Devices, Biomedical, BSc Nursing, ZBC (Zoology, Botany, Chemistry), B.Pharma, or a related field. Candidates with a strong background in Sales and Marketing will also be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A goal-oriented and results-driven personality with a passion for sales.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 25k+ per month (based on experience).
• Incentive: 5,000+ per month on achieving sales targets.
• TA + DA: 9,000 per month for travel and daily allowances.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
