We are currently looking for a
Sales Executive – Technical B2B Sales
to be based in our
Pune office
, responsible for developing sales activities across
North India
.
💼 Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers within assigned territories.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, customer visits, needs analysis, quotations, and follow-up.
- Promote and sell technical and industrial products to manufacturing, biotech, pharma, and food industry clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits across the region.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or technical products).
- Experience selling to OEMs, engineering firms, or manufacturing companies preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
- Valid driving license required.
- Pune-based candidates preferred.
