ob Title: Sales Executive – Industrial Machinery Location: Bhuj, Gujarat Industry: Industrial Machinery & Equipment Experience: 2+ years in sales Education: Any Bachelor's degree or relevant field Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bhuj, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial machinery sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial machinery sector through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of machinery products. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system; provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and products are delivered as promised. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; ability to understand complex product specifications and convey these details to clients effectively. Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
