About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves sales and business development of Power Products (UPS, Batteries, Stabilizers, LV Switchgear, Active Harmonic Filters, AMC Services of UPS, etc.) as well as IT Products & Solutions (Networking Switches, Lease Lines, Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Audio-Video Solutions, Structured Cabling, and End-to-End IT Infrastructure Solutions).

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell power products and IT infrastructure solutions to customers.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in sales of Power Products / IT Products or related field
• Education: Graduate / Diploma preferred (Engineering background is an advantage)
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: INR 25,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
