Sales Executive

The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and

identifying growth opportunities in the sustainability and green building space. This role blends sustainability

knowledge with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities with real estate developers, architects, corporations, institutions, and government bodies.

o Generate leads through networking, market research, online platforms, and events.

o Support the sales pitch with knowledge of sustainability concepts and relevant certifications (LEED, IGBC, etc.).

· Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.

o Regularly follow up for feedback, referrals, and repeat business.

· Market & Sector Research:

o Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities in the sustainability and green construction space.

o Maintain an up-to-date database of projects and key contacts.

· Coordination & Collaboration:

o Work closely with the technical team to understand offerings and align them with client needs.

o Help organize workshops, webinars, and sustainability awareness programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in sustainability, construction, real estate, or consultancy sectors.

· Basic understanding of green building certifications (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA) and sustainability principles.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and market research tools.

Preferred:

· Experience with government tenders or institutional projects.

· Certifications like LEED Green Associate or similar sustainability credentials.

· Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
