Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design) to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in sales or a related field (preferably from a real estate background).
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization preferred (B.Tech. or B.Sc.).
  • Candidates from civil, paint, or chemical backgrounds will be preferred.
  • Strong skills in business communication, presentation skills, leadership, time management, sales ability, selling skills, negotiation, and convincing power.
  • Confident candidates with good presentation skills will be desired.
