Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions through effective communication. Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design) to deliver high-quality projects on time. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in sales or a related field (preferably from a real estate background). Bachelor's degree in any specialization preferred (B.Tech. or B.Sc.). Candidates from civil, paint, or chemical backgrounds will be preferred. Strong skills in business communication, presentation skills, leadership, time management, sales ability, selling skills, negotiation, and convincing power. Confident candidates with good presentation skills will be desired.
