Job Description

We are looking for a Sales executive

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure team accountability.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities
Communication: Must have excellent communication.
