• Generate new business – Identify and target potential clients for domestic and international courier services
• Maintain Client Relationships – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Meet Sales Targets – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as per business objectives
• Prepare Quotations & Proposals – Provide competitive rates and service packages based on client requirements
• Follow up on Leads – Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful business
• Coordinate with Operations – Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
• Market Intelligence – Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Handle Customer Queries – Assist clients with service inquiries, complaints, and escalations
• Reporting – Maintain and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management
• Participate in Reviews – Join regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance assessments
• In-depth knowledge of courier and express logistics operations
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
