Job Role & Responsibilities:

As part of our Air Freight Sales Team, you will:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the air freight sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, and key clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.

Requirements:

We’re looking for motivated professionals with:

• Proven experience in air freight sales / logistics / freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and supply chain solutions.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A result-oriented approach with a passion for achieving targets.
