Sales Executive - SPC Flooring

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet business targets. This includes identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer networks, and managing and growing dealer/distributor relationships. You will generate and follow up on leads to convert into successful sales and conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. Collaboration with marketing and product teams for promotional activities will be essential. Additionally, you will prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, resolve customer issues to ensure client satisfaction, and conduct on-site visits and meetings with clients as needed. You will also represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
