Sales Executives


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential customers generated through telecalling, digital marketing, and referrals.
  • Conduct detailed site visits to assess customer requirements and feasibility.
  • Explain company proposals, pricing, and technical details in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the site engineer for surveys, design, and installation planning.
  • Represent Solset professionally during client meetings and field visits.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in solar rooftop / inverter / electrical product sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel for field visits.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Marketing.
