Solset is a fast-growing solar energy company dedicated to promoting sustainable and affordable solar power solutions. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online campaigns and generate quality leads for residential and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, control cost-per-lead (CPL), and improve conversion rates.
• Manage website landing pages, enquiry forms, and lead-tracking integrations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and track conversion performance.
• Conduct SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and ad performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and video content for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Explore new digital channels and strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).
• Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing preferred.
