Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Structure Industry

Location: Manjusar (Vadodara)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head – Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar structure segment.

· Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, and other

· stakeholders.

· Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product solutions to clients.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, accounts) for seamless order

· execution.

· Maintain updated customer and sales data in the ERP system.

· Track inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and dispatches through ERP.

· Conduct market research to analyse competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

· Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and

· business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the solar structure industry (or related

· renewable energy / steel structure industry).

· Strong knowledge of solar mounting structures, fabrication, and project sales.

· Hands-on experience in ERP system (preferably SAP / Tally / Odoo or equivalent).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
