Job Description

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with

    residential societies, apartments, and housing communities

    to pitch the E Building application.
  • Schedule and conduct

    meetings/demos

    with society chairmen, secretaries, and committee members.
  • Generate qualified

    leads and conversions

    through direct interaction and relationship-building.
  • Maintain a database of prospects, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly

    sales targets

  • Gather

    market feedback

    and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at

    local events, society gatherings, and community forums

    to increase brand visibility.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    sales, business development, or field marketing

    (preferred in real estate, facility management, or SaaS products).
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with
