Key Responsibilities:- Conduct telecalling and telesales to generate leads and convert prospects into clients Schedule and attend business meetings with potential customers and decision-makers Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to customers both online and in person Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand customer needs and offer solutions using in-depth knowledge of the product Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales targets Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales, telesales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working under targets Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required
