Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Drive

    B2B sales

    by building relationships with corporate partners, healthcare centers, retirement communities, and other relevant institutions.
  • Execute

    field sales activities

    including offline campaigns, community activations, and on-ground outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with a consultative approach.
  • Understand client needs and recommend

    customized wellness solutions

    for senior-focused programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed

    monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of

    B2B sales experience

    with proven success in closing deals.
  • Hands-on experience in

    field sales, lead generation, and client acquisition

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and long-term relationship building.
  • Prior experience or understanding of the

    fitness and wellness industry

    is highly desirable.
