Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  personalized home-training sessions

  with senior clients
• Design safe and progressive

  mobility, strength, and balance workouts

• Track and report progress in simple digital formats
• Encourage consistency, motivate with empathy, and build rapport
• Collaborate with internal nutrition and rehab specialists (no therapy execution required)

Who Can Apply:

• Certified Personal Trainers

  from K11, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent
• Trainers with prior experience or interest in

  senior fitness

  or

  special population coaching

• Must have

  excellent communication

  , patience, and a compassionate approach

• Driving license is mandatory

  (owning a two-wheeler is a plus)
• Freshers welcome if genuinely passionate about training older adults
