Sales Executive- Senior wellness programs B2B and field sales

As a Sales Executive for Senior Wellness Programs at our purpose-driven startup in Bengaluru, you will play a critical role in driving B2B sales and field sales activities tailored for senior citizens in the fitness & wellness industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build relationships with corporate partners, healthcare centers, retirement communities, and relevant institutions to drive B2B sales. - Execute field sales activities such as offline campaigns, community activations, and on-ground outreach. - Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach, from lead generation to closing deals. - Recommend customized wellness solutions for senior-focused programs based on client needs. - Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. **Required Qualifications:** - 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals. - Hands-on experience in field sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and building long-term relationships. - Prior experience or understanding of the fitness and wellness industry is preferred.
