Job Description

Core Competency Deep knowledge of ground-mounted, rooftop, carport, and tracking systems; skill in diagnosing client requirements and offering the best-fit solution (not just pushing products) Familiarity with solar project lifecycles, tendering processes, and regulations in India, MENA, and Europe Awareness of global EPC players, developers, and government incentives Expertise in using CRMs to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions Understanding of digital lead generation and nurturing strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, solar expos) Ability to structure competitive pricing models, payment terms, and negotiate contracts profitably Awareness of import/export duties, freight costs, and tax implications across different markets Qualification - B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (preferred for technical sales roles with solar/fabrication clients), OR, BBA / B.Com / B.Sc. with a strong interest or experience in B2B industrial sales Experience - 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Freshers with strong potential and minimum 85% in X, XII, Graduation (75%) are also encouraged to apply) Skills: knowledge of solar project lifecycles,offering best-fit solutions,digital lead generation,tendering processes,competitive pricing models,understanding import/export duties,expertise in using crms,solar,b2b sales,negotiating contracts,familiarity with government incentives,communication,diagnosing client requirements Show more Show less
