Job Description

Sales & Business Development Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify, pursue, and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and following up on company-provided leads. Customer Consultation: Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand the customer's energy consumption, needs, and financial goals. Product Expertise: Educate clients on the technical specifications, performance, and long-term financial and environmental benefits of the company’s solar products and services. System Design & Proposal: Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized solar system solutions (including basic site assessments) and prepare accurate, compelling proposals and quotes. Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing, financing options, and contract terms to effectively close sales and secure long-term client commitments.
