Job Description

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads, customers, or partners. Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner. Generate leads and schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and follow-ups. Handle incoming queries (calls / WhatsApp / email) and provide timely responses. Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and share them with the customer. Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets. Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and documentation.
