Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to manage IndiaMART inquiries and perform daily client follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for lead coordination, customer communication, quotation support, and internal sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to IndiaMART sales inquiries promptly
• Perform daily follow-ups with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/operations team
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer data
• Update CRM / Excel sheets on a daily basis
• Support the sales team in closing orders and post-sales coordination
• Ensure timely communication and professional client handling

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
• Basic knowledge of sales coordination and customer handling
• Experience in IndiaMART portal will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Gujarati preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp Business
• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accuracy in records

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet daily targets
• Prior experience in B2B sales support or back-office sales is preferred
