Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive with a strong science background to drive sales, build client relationships, and provide technical support to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand the scientific market landscape and customer needs to tailor solutions and approaches. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Utilize scientific expertise to present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, answering any technical questions. Provide clear and concise product explanations and applications. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the scientific and healthcare sectors. Qualify leads, assess potential, and follow up on prospects to convert into sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and prospects. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and new scientific advancements to identify potential opportunities. Utilize knowledge of industry regulations and trends to offer insights and guidance to clients. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to provide customer insights and feedback. Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional initiatives to improve product offerings and sales processes. Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual benefit while meeting company objectives. Close deals effectively, ensuring timely and smooth execution. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, etc.). Proven sales experience in a scientific or technical field (ideally 2+ years). Strong understanding of scientific concepts, products, and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate technical details into understandable benefits for clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive attitude. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Desirable Skills: Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory equipment sectors. Understanding of the regulatory landscape in scientific industries. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Knowledge of digital tools for sales enablement and customer engagement.
