Sales Executive (Female – Exhibition & Seminar ) ### **Job Title: Sales Executive (Female – Exhibition & Seminar Support)** ### **Roles and Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Engagement:** * Interact warmly and professionally with customers during seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events. * Explain the features, benefits, and usage of our products/machines clearly to potential customers. * Offer free trials of the products to visitors and guide them through the process. 2. **Feedback Collection:** * Collect honest feedback from customers after product trials. * Record customer suggestions and opinions accurately for further analysis and improvement. * Identify common concerns or improvement areas and communicate them to the management team. 3. **Sales Support:** * Build positive brand reputation by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. * Answer basic customer queries related to the products or services. * Encourage visitors to consider purchasing or recommending the product based on their trial experience. 4. **Product Presentation:** * Ensure the product is demonstrated correctly and hygienically during trials. * Maintain the booth or demonstration area in an organized and clean manner. 5. **Reporting:** * Submit a daily summary of activities, feedback received, and leads generated to the supervisor or manager. * Highlight any urgent customer concerns or service issues during events. 6. **Team Coordination:** * Coordinate with the event and marketing team to ensure smooth event execution. * Follow event schedules and adhere to company protocols.
