Job Description

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or mentorship programs
  • Maintain follow-ups via calls to ensure conversions
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain CRM entries and update student records accurately
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students
  • Build a strong rapport with students to ensure long-term engagement and referrals


Requirements:

  • Fresher are welcomed with UPSC knowledge
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or student counseling (preferably in Ed-Tech or UPSC domain)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Candidate must have a laptop
