Sales Executives / Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit dealers to understand their business needs and help them grow sales.
• Strengthen relationships and maintain a healthy balance among all dealers in your territory.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and collections.
• Appoint new distributors in major cities and support them in building dealer networks.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Visit every dealer at least once a month and ensure consistent engagement.
• Increase brand visibility through in-shop branding, boards, banners, and promotional materials.
• Organize plumber meets, product training sessions, and local marketing activities.
• Conduct market surveys and share insights for product or business improvements.
• Meet end users, architects, consultants, and government bodies to promote products and secure approvals.
• Ensure timely reporting to Head Office and compliance with CRM processes.
• Take complete ownership of your territory’s growth and performance.

What We are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in

  B2B Sales / Field Sales / Channel Management

  (Relevant industry).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
