Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Develop & implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Selling of all service Fine Arts, Household goods, Office moving Corporate Sales.
Developing a growing understanding of Moving Industry, and keeping up with industry developments
Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
Generate timely sales reports.
Develop pricing schedules and rates.
Formulate sales policies and procedures.
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
Data analysis to identify sales opportunities.
Develop promotional ideas and material.
Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
Involvement in move process from end to end.

Education and Background

Business degree or related professional qualification.
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
Relevant product and industry knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving.
Team-leadership.
Formal presentation skills.
Any Service Industry/Logistics Industry/Relocation Industry
A minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in the same role.
Preferably from within logistics or similar industry
Candidates who can join on immediate basis will be given preference.
