Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager, located in Haridwar, Rudrapur & Ludhiana. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. The Sales Executive / Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, creating sales plans, and keeping detailed records of sales activities. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, participating in industry events, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficient in Sales Planning, Target Achievement, and Sales Reporting
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Familiarity with the products and services of Siemens, Innomotics, Polycab, Phoenix Contact, Secure, Elmeasure, Havells, Eaton & salzer
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar sales role preferred
