Work Mode

  • Field-first role across assigned zones in

    /Chennai

    with periodic office syncs and virtual reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Institution & School Outreach

  • Map target lists of universities/colleges/autonomous institutions and private schools; schedule on-campus meetings, presentations, and seminars for students (Grade 10PG).
  • Pitch DigitalVisa solutions to principals, placement/career cells, international offices, and heads of department; negotiate MOUs and annual partnership plans.
  • Run student engagement activities (workshops, webinars, help desks), driving qualified sign-ups and counselor referrals.

Channel Partner Development

  • Identify and onboard travel agencies, internet cafs, coaching centres, and educational consultants as referral/affiliate partners.
  • Train partner staff on lead capture, referral process, and basic product demos; run co-marketing offers and monthly performance reviews.

Sales Execution & Pipeline

  • Own the full cycle: prospect needs discovery tailored pitch/demo proposal negotiation closure onboarding.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: contacts, meeting notes, opportunities, forecast, and weekly activity logs.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for campus events, collateral, and local campaigns; align with Product/Support for smooth partner/student onboarding.

Governance

  • Communicate transparentlyno outcome guarantees; position our service as guidance and readiness support.
  • Follow data-privacy guidelines and company sales ethics at all times.

Targets & KPIs

  • Weekly meetings/visits (institutions & partners) and event count achieved.
  • Number of MOUs/partnerships signed and activated.
  • Qualified student leads and conversions per institution/partner.
  • Revenue vs. monthly/quarterly target; forecast accuracy and CRM compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT/Engineering/Arts/Science). MBA/PG in Marketing is a plus.
  • 0–3 years

    in field/B2B/education/IT sales; strong campus or society leadership can substitute for experience.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with confident presentations and product demos.
  • Comfortable with objections, pricing negotiations, and closing.
  • Basic tech comfort (presentations, spreadsheets, CRM, WhatsApp/Email campaigns).
  • Languages:

    Strong English;

    Tamil

    required for the territory. (Additional languages a plus.)
  • Willing to travel locally for client/partner meetings and events.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to edtech, study-abroad services, test-prep, or travel trade.
  • Experience selling SaaS/IT solutions to institutions or SMEs.
  • Network in colleges/schools/consultancies within Tamil Nadu.
