Expand market presence through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with interior architects and project sales professionals. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Skills and Qualification required: Any Graduate or PG, MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage 1-5 Years of experience in Channel Sales in relevant industry (Decorative Materials) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation skills Organizational and time management skills
