ob Summary:

TrueSun Energy Solutions is looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive rooftop solar sales through direct client engagement and technical site assessments. The role combines sales, site evaluation, and coordination with the design and execution teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients to pitch rooftop solar solutions and conduct feasibility checks.
  • Take roof measurements, assess shading, and collect site data.
  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare layouts and BOQs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, follow up, and close deals.
  • Explain client about Solar and benefit
  • Maintain accurate lead data, ensure smooth project handovers, and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and financing options.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in solar EPC or sales.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, and PV basics.
  • Willing to travel
