Solar Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Collect information from site engineer
Design solar layouts using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and PVsyst.
Ensure designs meet load, wind, and safety standards.
Optimize system design for aesthetics, performance, and cost.
Coordinate with the execution team for design validation and updates.
Prepare GA drawings, shading analysis, and cable routing layouts.
Check the site while execution if they adhere to all civil and electrical drawings
Stay updated with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in
rooftop solar design (India-specific)
.
Strong skills in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Excel.
Attention to detail and passion for sustainable design.
