We are looking for a passionate and proactive CRM Executive to join our team and drive a seamless client experience across our brand’s online store. If you’re a sales enthusiast who loves building relationships, managing client journeys, and ensuring timely and smooth order processing — we want you! Handle all incoming online sales queries via website, WhatsApp, and social media. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt communication and after-sales service. Manage CRM tools and maintain an accurate record of leads, clients, and order pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams (production/logistics) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Oversee end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and delivery tracking. Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable to increase average order value. Handle customer concerns or delays with professionalism and prompt resolution.
