Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive retail sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and support day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, presentable, and skilled in customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
• Promote products effectively through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers confidently.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed as per brand guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and display aesthetics.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting.
• Track KPIs and provide feedback for sales improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Operations

• Follow store policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Support smooth store operations and contribute to team efficiency.
