Job Description

Job Title:- Sales -Executive

Aim of Position

Key Responsibilities

Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services.
Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Addressing clients' queries and grievances within prescribed TAT
Ensure capturing of correct response from client
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Key Result Area

Meeting Annual Operating Plan
Acquisition and development of Channel partners
Adherence to TATs and Targets of service delivery

Qualifications / Experience

1-2 years of experience
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
Graduate or equivalent.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
Good PC skills
Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
Good in verbal communication.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
