Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell products. Generate new leads through direct sales, field sales, and relationship management efforts. Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. Identify potential customers and convert them into paying clients through effective communication skills. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (insurance, banking). Strong understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, sales, new client acquisition, client retention, cross selling, upselling concepts. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Proven Sales experience.
