Sales Executive Regional Language Specialist

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in Bengali, Tamil, or Malayalam to promote and sell products/services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers in Bengali / Tamil / Malayalam to promote and sell products/services. - Handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales. - Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Understanding regional customer needs and suggesting suitable products or services. - Meeting monthly sales targets and providing regular updates to the team leader. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience. - Graduation mandatory. - Freshers can also apply. - Fluency in any one regional language: Bengali / Tamil / Malayalam. - Good proficiency in English or Hindi for internal communication. - Candidate should be in Delhi-NCR. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
