Sales Executive Regional Language Specialist

As a Sales Executive with 1 year of experience and proficiency in Bengali, Tamil, or Malayalam, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in their preferred regional language to effectively promote and sell our products/services. This will involve handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, close sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, you will need to understand regional customer needs and recommend suitable products or services accordingly. Meeting monthly sales targets, providing regular updates to the team leader, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with graduation being a mandatory qualification. Freshers are also welcome to apply. Fluency in Bengali, Tamil, or Malayalam is essential, along with a good proficiency in either English or Hindi for internal communication purposes.
