Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all required documentation and information are complete.
Enter customer orders into the system in a timely and precise manner.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and meet customer expectations.
Keep an up-to-date and organized tracker of all customer purchase orders (POs).
Regularly update the status of orders and communicate any delays, changes, or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of orders from the initial order to shipment and delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines.
Liaise with the sales team in Germany to obtain offers and pricing details for customers.
Submit relevant offers to the sales team and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided for customer quotations.
Ensure that any modifications or updates to offers are communicated promptly and accurately to the sales team.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in science or Any Technical background Diploma/BE.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or administrative support in a sales environment.
Experience with order processing, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and maintaining trackers/spreadsheets is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
