1. Data Collection through various surveys on given parameters ( leases, vacant, area etc).
2. Daily Data Management on CRM and tracking of client contact details, company details,client requirements.
3. Shortlist properties for clients and share with the Transaction Mnaager.
4. Assist the Transaction Manager with site inspections and other client requirements.
5. Great communication skills
6. Should be comfortable with travelling
7. One with the zeal to be out in the field for the entire day.
