Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitors
• Build and maintain a strong client database
• Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate sales executive or similar sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
