Role & responsibilities

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through various channels such as networking, digital marketing, property portals, and referrals.
Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
Conduct site visits, property inspections, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate with clients and property owners to finalize sales or lease agreements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current property listings, market trends, and competitive projects.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain client databases.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Marketing, or Commerce preferred).
1 to 6 years of experience in
real estate sales or leasing
(commercial/residential/industrial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven record in
lead generation and deal closure.
Sound understanding of local property laws and documentation processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented professional.
