Job Description: Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Lotlite Property, you will play a crucial role in the sales operations by showcasing properties to potential clients and assisting them in finding their dream homes. This field-based role requires you to engage with clients, conduct property tours, manage the entire sales process, achieve sales targets, and stay updated on market trends in Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and building a strong rapport. - Conduct on-site visits to various project locations across Pune, providing detailed tours of flats and other properties. - Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from generating leads to negotiating terms and assisting with the final documentation process. - Work diligently to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, property listings, and competitor activities in Pune. Qualifications Required: - Must own and be able to ride a two-wheeler (scooty/bike) or drive a car for traveling to project sites for client meetings. - Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English. - Proficiency in using basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management. - Proactive, results-oriented, and disciplined approach to work. - Comfort with using mobile applications for daily work, as your progress and location will be monitored through a tracking app to help you stay on target.,
