Job Description

You will be based in Dehradun and should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in solar or renewable energy. This is a Full Time position. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial clients. You will need to understand customer requirements, provide information on solar technology, and offer customized solutions to help clients achieve their energy and financial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets, generating new business opportunities, managing negotiations with senior executives, and building strong and lasting relationships with clients. To qualify for this role, a BBA & MBA degree is preferred. You should have a proven track record in sales, with specific experience in the solar or renewable energy sector being advantageous. Additionally, 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, proficiency in CRM systems, and a history of consistently exceeding sales targets are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and excellent presentation skills are also essential for success in this position.,
