The role requires identifying customer needs, educating clients about solar technology, and offering tailored solutions to meet energy and financial goals. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with clients. Qualifications BBA & MBA Preferred. Proven experience in sales; solar or renewable energy sector preferred. 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
