Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the system integration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and acquiring new clients across multiple domains including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Detection Panels, IT Infrastructure Deployment (Servers & Network Components), Passive Infrastructure (Fiber & Cabling), and Workstation Deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Business Development

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in system integration projects.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

o Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base.

Ø Account Management

o Manage and grow existing key accounts by providing excellent customer service.

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

o Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

Ø Sales Execution

o Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.

o Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.

o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Ø Market Intelligence

o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

o Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in sales within system integration, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, IT Infra (servers, networking), passive infra (fiber, cabling), and workstation deployment.
• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Language Skills: Ability to converse in Hindi; knowledge of at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and client management abilities.
• Other Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets in system integration or IT infrastructure projects.

o Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

o Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

o Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
